Polycarbonate Sheet Options

Solid Board	Thickness: 2.7 mm. Strong physical properties: impact strength is 200-300 times stronger than that of tempered glass. 30 times that of acrylic sheet of the same thickness; 2-20 times that of tempered glass. Durability: PC solid board can keep the physical index stable in the range of -40℃-120℃ Quietness: obvious sound insulation, no sound in light rain, low decibel in heavy rain Non-flammable Solid board provides higher light transmittance and better impact resistance.
Hollow Sheet	Thickness: 5 mm. Temperature resistance: about 0 to 100 degrees Celsius. Hollow sheet gives better shading performance and is suitable for buyers who prefer stronger shade.
Sheet Colors	Transparent, brown, blue options are available. Transparent sheet is recommended when buyers want more light; darker colors are better when buyers want stronger shading.
Span Advice	For hollow sheet, the best span is within 1.5 m. If the length is over 1.5 m, splicing is recommended. In heavy snow areas, a span within 0.8 m is better.
Sealing	Solid board normally needs sealing strips around the board. Hollow sheet can be selected when buyers need lighter weight and better shading.

Accessories and Packing

• Edge strip: Aluminum edge strips are available for front and back edges. Middle edge strip can be used for connection. Wide edge strips are used for larger grooves and higher load-bearing requirements.
